写真と編物をするカヤザワリョウコ。
落ちわたの糸を軸として、持続可能な暮しの道具をご提案。
日本の紡績工場で紡いだ落ちわた100%の糸。
本来捨てるはずのものを無駄無く循環させる物語だけでなく
糸が持つあたたかみのある表情や
味わい深い経年変化と言った魅力を感じて。
糸だけでなく、さまざまな暮しの道具として
「落ちわたを暮しの中に取り入れる」
という価値観を使うかたと共有できればと思っています。

In the old days, Yamato Kasuri Kimono production area, now in Japan, socks producing place,
Nara prefecture,
Ariatsu Kayazawa who works to connect ito ( threads ) and hito ( people and one’s hearts )
and Ryoko Kayazawa which makes photographs and knittings plan from around 2012,
2014 We started activities towards the outside.
We named “RECYCLED COTTON 100”, “re-specked cotton”, 36 color ito (yarns) finished
with two kinds of dyeing methods, recycled cotton which regenerated of
100% fallen virgin cotton noils (unused fiber) when spinning yarn at a Japanese spinning factory.
Materials for handmade works such as hand-woven and hand-knitting, crocheting, Interior,
fiber art etc, in your favorite usage.
We produce and sell socks made at the factory in the place of production in Nara,
of saredo’s recycled cotton threads and natural materials dyed with the original color,
knitted cap made at the factory in the Osaka production area etc.
These are サレドモノ (saredo-tools) which snuggle closely to the people who value their lives.
